RFS Behavioral Health's goal was to be at the forefront of pioneering innovative approaches in behavioral health. RFS Behavioral Health's vision was to build an agency that would deliver the highest quality of care as well as build trusting relationships with communities, families, and schools.

RFS Behavioral Health has revolutionized school based mental health services. RFS T.A.C.K.L.E. Program is the most utilized clinical school based program in Northwest Ohio.

Since our inception, RFS T.A.C.K.L.E. Program has assisted students with staying on track, grade promotion, graduation, increase in school participation, academics, extra-curricular activities and decrease in suspensions/expulsions.
